Vintage Faire Mall is located in a prime position, not only in the Modesto area, but in California. Attractions at the mall include the Turlock Auto Plaza Roadway Children's Play Area, various fountains on the lower level, as well as music and an interactive fountain in The Village. The most popular events currently offered are picture taking with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, and the yearly "Young Idol" competition. However, it does offer events and attractions open to the public throughout the year. Vintage Faire Mall does not currently have a major entertainment venue such as a cinema or theater. The mall has several restaurants placed in its food court, and several others along its main walkway either off to the side or in an "island" in the middle. Vintage Faire Mall has a wide range of dining, from fast food to sit-down dining.

The mall is anchored by Forever 21, JCPenney, Macy's and Sears.

This makes the mall a natural geographic destination for any retailer expanding from San Francisco or Sacramento to Los Angeles. A key to the center's continued success is its adjacent location to State Route 99, a primary artery that runs north/south through California and which 116,000 motorists travel daily. It is owned and operated by The Macerich Company and is the only enclosed, super-regional shopping center in Central California. Vintage Faire Mall is a shopping mall located in Modesto, California.
